Master Sergeant Samantha C. Payne is co-lead for the DAF WIT LOE 9: Countering Sexual Assault and Harassment. Her team has guided law and AFI changes. She is currently the Superintendent of China Education for the China Aerospace Studies Institute, Lemay Center, Air University, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. She advances the understanding of the capabilities, development, strategy and limitations of China’s aerospace force. She supports the Secretary, Chiefs of Staff and other senior leaders for the Department of the Air Force with conducting open-source research, assists during wargaming, and instructs at Professional Military Education for Air and Space Force members
